ENGINEERING ERGONOMICS FOR THE KITCHEN.
Commercial kitchen staff face high rates of Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) due to fixed countertop heights and poorly designed tools. My challenge was to conduct rigorous ergonomic evaluations (RULA/REBA) to design an adjustable, inclined chopping board that neutralizes wrist strain and transforms worker health.
